In order to keep using your empower® Express Lite subscription we need to replace your trial licence key with a live one.

To update your empower charts follow the steps below:

1. Close all instances of PowerPoint and Excel

2. Click on the green bar "Click here to download empower CHARTS license upgrade" button below

3. This will download a zip file called "charts licence converter.zip" to your Downloads folder

4. Open this zip and run the file called "empower.ExpressConverter.Local.exe" and follow the onscreen prompts to complete the process
