The install files will save to your Downloads area.

Locate the zip file called,
"9.7 empower Removal Tool.zip", then;

1. Unzip the folder 

2. Close all instances of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel

3. Double click the folder "Removal Tool" then in the next folder locate and run the file named 
   "empowerRemovalTool.CLI.exe"

4. Follow the onscreen instructions to completly remove empower from your machine.

5. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER (to ensure the install completes correctly)
